Payment Schedule
PAYMENT POLICIES
Full payment is required before taking the first class of each billing period. An annual non-refundable registration fee is required for each student taking part in any programs at Paragon. This fee covers your child from September – August of each given year.
*In the event of injury, Paragon’s insurance is the secondary insurance. All claims are to be submitted first to your primary insurance and the balance will be submitted to Paragon’s insurance company minus the deductible.
There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks. A 5% late fee is applied after the 3rd week of each billing period for any unpaid balances. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Auto Pay (automatic credit card billing). 1 00% refund for canceling one week before the first class of each billing period. Cancellation during the first or second week will be prorated accordingly. WE DO NOT REFUND AFTER THE THIRD (3rd) ATTENDED CLASS OF ANY SESSION.
Proper Attire: Active wear, clothing that will not restrict movement. Leotards, shorts with tee shirt, warm-up pants with tee shirt are acceptable. Long hair must be tied back. No belts, no jeans, no jewelry, no dresses, no tights or socks.
Snow Days: Paragon will only be closed if the Norwood Police advises that traveling is unsafe. If you telephone us, a recorded message will inform you of any closings or delayed openings. Please call to schedule your make-up day and time.
Make-up Classes: Only ONE make-up class per billing period. WE DO NOT credit or refund for missed classes. Additional make ups and scheduling consideration will be made for extended illness. Call the office for details. Make ups are given for missed classes due to snow days, inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. No exceptions. You MUST be enrolled to participate in a make-up class.
Trial Classes: Paragon offers a one-time trial class for new students. You must call the office to schedule this class. There is a $10.00 fee for Trial Classes.
Private Classes: Private lessons are scheduled through office. Times are limited. Each student must be registered and have paid the registration fee before beginning lessons. A 24-hour notification to cancel a private lesson that has been scheduled with a coach is required to avoid being billed.
Special Events
Paragon offers "3" special events each year. Showtime: The students perform gymnastics routines on each apparatus, and receive a trophy. Family and friends are invited into our gym for the annual show. For actively enrolled students ONLY. Showtime is usually scheduled in May. (Dates and fees -announced months in advance.) Showtime will be offered on a first come first served basis. Panther’s Meet: The Panthers’ Team competes "In House," here on site. A perfect opportunity for friends and families to come see the team showcase their talents. Meet is held in the Spring. Student Award Week. Students receive a medal, in Olympic fashion, 15 minutes prior to the end of class, for all their hard work throughout the year. Must be an actively-enrolled student to participate.Award Week: Usually scheduled the 2nd week of June.
